Boules Salib, MD, MPH

Specialized in Geriatrics and Palliative Care


Dr. Salib is the President and CEO of Mobile Medical Providers - A geriatrics group. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a member of the American Association, American College of Physicians and Columbia University Alumni Association. 


Dr. Salib graduated at the top of his class from the oldest medical School in the middle east, Cairo University, established in 1827, following the British system of Medical Education. He then trained at the largest institutions in the states of New York and New Jersey. He graduated from the Residency Program at Long Island Jewish System, in Long Island, NY, and then he became a Chief resident at Mount Sinai Consortium in NYC. He then went on to obtain a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University at the Mailman School of Public Health in NYC. He was part of the largest system in the state of New Jersey, St Barnabas Hospital, a Major part of RWJBarnabas Health and the UMDNJ School of Medicine. Dr. Salib served as a clinical instructor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine to medical students and residents before moving to California. He then joined UCLA as an assistant Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine and taught UCLA medical students and residents. He also served as Faculty Attending at West Los Angeles VA campus.  In addition, Dr. Salib was a primary care Attending in the ambulatory clinic at the VA before dedicating all of his time to private practice. 


Dr. Salib brings many years of both academic and professional experience in Medicine and Healthcare Administration, hospital systems, and health care transitions. He has focused his career on Geriatrics care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, and has expertise in Dementia and Cognitive impairment; Aging and Pain management. His approach focuses on comfort, quality of life and dignity in caring for seniors. 

Peter Wahba, PA-C

Specialized in Geriatrics, Oncology, and End of Life Care


Peter Wahba is a Physician Assistant, who earned his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and his P.A. master’s degree from Western University.

Peter’s clinical interests include geriatric care, senior care, palliative care, oncology, and end of life care. He received his oncology training at MD Anderson, one of the leading cancer centers in the United States and received high honors. After his clinical training, he worked for Pacific Medical Group, a Hematology/ Oncology practice. He managed and evaluated cancer patients, served as a sub-clinical investigator for the UCLA Oncology Research Network, and had privileges at three different hospitals.

Peter Wahba currently specializes in internal medicine, more specifically geriatrics care in the home setting, senior living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Peter enjoys teaching patients about the problems, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment plans. He has a special interest in minor skin procedures, biopsies, injections, aspirations of abscesses, and managing patients who are receiving IV therapy for cancer and for dehydration and other immunological disorders. He also works well with other resources including home health, palliative care, and hospice care.

Our practice is also supported by RNs, LVNs, and Medical Coordinators who are crucial in management and coordinating care for patients wherever they call home.
