Dr. Salib is an established and Board-Certified Internal Medicine Medical Doctor specialized in Geriatrics. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at UCLA. He graduated from the University of Cairo Medical School and he trained at the Surgical Residency Program at North Shore Long Island Jewish System/Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the same Institution. Dr. Salib became a Chief Resident with Mount Sinai Consortium and Mount Sinai School of Medicine-New York City. He obtained an Executive Master Degree in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, New York City. His Master’s focus was on transition of care and hospital systems. Dr. Salib served on many committees including: Palliative Care, Rapid Response, and Pharmaceuticals/Adverse Effects, and Transition of care in different settings and health care institutions. Dr. Salib also pioneered programs to decrease readmission of Heart failure patients in different institutions. Dr. Salib currently is the President and CEO for Mobile Medical Providers, a geriatrics practice that delivers the highest standards of care in geriatrics arena. Dr. Salib is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a member of American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and Columbia University Alumni Association. Dr. Salib is passionate about his patients, and when asked if he enjoys his work, he always states “I wake up every morning able to do what I love.” Dr. Salib and the team at MMP pride themselves in providing a “Medical Home Model, ” for their patients where individualized care is paramount.
