Dr. Salib is an established and Board Certified Internal Medicine Medical Doctor specialized in Geriatrics. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at UCLA. He graduated from the University of Cairo Medical School and he trained at the Surgical Residency Program at North Shore Long Island Jewish System/Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, New York. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the same Institution. Dr. Salib was then Chief Resident with Mount Sinai Consortium and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He also obtained a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, New York City. His Master’s focus was on transition of care and hospital systems. Dr. Salib served on many committees including Palliative Care, Rapid Response, and Pharmaceuticals/Adverse Effects in different settings and institutions. Dr. Salib also pioneered programs  to decrease readmission of Heart failure patients at prior institutions.  He holds various Directorships with several types of services within senior care.  

Dr. Salib is passionate about his patients, and when asked if he enjoys his work, he always states “I wake up every morning able to do what I love.”  Dr . Salib and the team at MMP pride themselves in providing a “Medical Home Model, ” for their patients where individualized care is paramount.
